ESSENE HEALING HANDS OF LOVE TECHNIQUE
PART TWO - ESTABLISHING YOUR HEALING HANDS

You're reading this because you've been practicing your Essene Healing Hands of Love and you've begun to notice some changes occurring in your life. These changes are different for each of us and they depend upon the things we need to heal in ourselves as we become a perfected healing tool for the Divine. Do not be alarmed. These changes are beneficial and natural.

Physically you may experience an increase in energy, stamina, strength or endurance. Your immune system may function better as you become less susceptible to colds, hay fever and other allergies. Your finances may become more stable and easily managed. You may start looking for a change in careers or employment as you seek work doing what you really love to do.

Mentally you may experience improvement in focus of attention, concentration, memory and mental alertness. You may find it easier to accept, forgive and love yourself and others. Your decision-making will probably become easier and you'll be able to make better decision.

Emotionally you may experience less anger, anxiety and sorrow and become more peaceful, calm, courageous and happy. Relationships may improve and become easier - easier to form, handle and retain. You'll probably experience far less pessimism and far more optimism in your life and you'll attract more positive people.

Psychologically your intuition will undoubtedly improve and you'll become more willing to trust your intuitive insights. Your wants, needs and desires will probably decrease as you accept, forgive and love yourself more and more. Things you imagine for yourself will happen more and more.

Spiritually you'll have no doubt that you're doing the things you came into this world to do because you'll be led step by step in that direction. And, most of all, you'll love it.

You can speed up this process by practicing the Essene Healing Breath every day. Then activate your Essene Healing Hands of Love and add this advanced technique:

1. Imagine your hands becoming warmer and warmer with the spiritual energy of Fire.

2. Feel the Essene Energy leave your right hand like a warm wind sending healing energy into your left hand to permeate your whole body and heal you on every level of your being.

3. Feel the warmth of this energy and it moves through your body.

4. Feel this warmth increase as the energy circulates out your right hand to your left and throughout your body.

5. At the same time feel energy moving into the crown of your head from the universe out your right hand, into your left, circulate throughout your body and out your feet.

6. When you're ready send this healing energy to your clients and to the plants, animals and minerals of Mother Earth.

7. Send this healing energy to Mother Earth and Father Sky that the Earth may be healed.

It may take a few practice sessions before you begin to feel the warm wind of the Essene Energy. But in a surprisingly short period of time you'll need to tone this down a bit so you don't send a blast of hot air to your clients - unless they expect and desire that. It can be quite disconcerting to feel a blast of hot air hitting you in the face when you neither expect nor request it.

The hotter your hands become, the stronger the healing power moving through your hands and the more you'll need to "cool" this energy as it flows to others. It's not a compliment if an Essene Master tells you that you have "hot hands." But it's a real pleasure to be in your presence if you have "warm hands." This should be your goal: to have hot healing hands of love, sending warm (not hot) Essene healing energy to others at temperatures just a little warmer than ambient temperature so they may heal themselves.

You'll probably surprise yourself the first time you realize your hands really are getting hot from the Essene healing energy. But just go with the flow and remember this feeling. In the future, you can bypass the first five steps given above and just allow your hands to come back to this place. With just a little practice it become automatic every time you activate your Essene Healing Hands of Love. (You'll never have "cold" hands again.)
